About the Role
We are looking for freshers to join our solar panel manufacturing production line.
The selected candidates will be trained to operate production machines and work on the solar panel manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production-line machines after training.
- Follow instructions and SOPs given by the supervisor.
- Monitor the production process and machine operation.
- Check product quality during production.
- Maintain production targets and minimize wastage.
- Inform the supervisor about any machine or process problem.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Follow safety and 5S practices.
- Work as part of the production team.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers can apply.
- 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma candidates preferred.
- Willingness to learn machine operation.
- Good discipline and work attitude.
- Comfortable working on the factory floor.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Physically fit and able to perform production-line work.
Salary: As per experience and skills
Training: On-the-job training will be provided
